Founded on the belief that strong teams are the cornerstone of successful organisations, we bring together coaching, facilitation and practical experience to help leaders and teams deliver what really matters — with impact and integrity.
How we work

The courage to make a difference
Honesty, clarity and positive energy drive everything we do. We help leaders and teams face what’s real and focus on what matters — creating the conditions for meaningful progress.

Slow down to speed up
Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. We create space for teams to pause, reflect and reset — building the trust and alignment that makes faster progress possible.

Your needs guide our approach
Every team is unique. We meet you where you are and design programmes with precision, care and ambition to match yours.
Meet Our Founder
After more than 20 years in consultancy, healthcare, politics and the voluntary sector, Caroline knows what it takes to build a team that truly delivers.
She’s led through growth, pressure and change – including scaling a multi-award-winning health policy and communications agency in a highly competitive market.
That experience taught her something simple: brilliant results come from brilliant teams. Not perfect ones – but teams with clarity, connection and a shared commitment to getting better. Teams who love succeeding as much as they enjoy working together.
She founded Mix Partners to help others build just that.
Caroline’s approach is honest and curious, sparky and challenging. She brings a powerful mix of commercial nous, systems thinking and coaching depth – backed by professional training in coaching and team coaching. Her mission is clear: to make work better, one brilliant team at a time.

Who we work with
We partner with ambitious leaders and senior teams across sectors including health and life sciences, housing and professional services.
Our clients care deeply about their work and want their teams to thrive. Often, though, they know that something isn’t clicking – and results are starting to suffe.
That’s where we come in — helping them find clarity, unlock energy and move forward together.

You’ve done lots of team development before – so how is this different?
Fair question. We focus on what’s really going on – not just surface-level exercises. That means combining insight, structure and challenge to help teams talk about what matters, shift how they work together, and actually get better. No fluff. No filler. Just good work, done well.
“Caroline has been a fantastic partner through a period of growth and change. She brings energy, perspective and drive, helping us lead with greater confidence and build a stronger, more connected team”

FAQs
Find answers to some of the most common questions about working with Mix Partners.
It depends on the shape and scale of the work – no two teams are the same. Some clients need a single workshop, others want a 4–6 month programme with diagnostics, coaching and multiple sessions.
We’ll always be clear about costs upfront and work with you to make sure it fits your priorities and budget. Let’s have a quick call to talk it through.
Both. Some teams prefer face-to-face workshops, others need remote sessions that fit around locations or hybrid working. We design programmes that work for your team, your pace and your context.
Yes. Leadership coaching is part of many of our team programmes, and we also offer standalone 1:1 coaching for senior leaders looking for more clarity, confidence or support during a big transition.
Yes – especially if there’s a clear goal or moment of change. One-off sessions work best when they’re part of a broader commitment to doing the work. If you’re just looking for a fun away-day, we might not be the right fit.
It’s a practical tool that shows how people are energised to make an impact – not their personality, but how they contribute. We use it to help teams understand their mix, play to their strengths and spot what might be missing.

If you’re feeling stuck, stretched, or just want space to think more clearly – it might be. Coaching works best when you’re ready to reflect honestly, be challenged, and take action.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be open to exploring what’s getting in the way, and willing to do something with what you learn. If that sounds like you, it’s probably a good fit.
We’ll figure that out together. Some clients know exactly what they need, others just know something’s not working. We start with a short call to get a sense of your team, your goals and where you’re stuck – and then suggest the best fit or shape something bespoke.
Yes! I speak at events, team away-days and leadership offsites on topics like team dynamics, leadership, culture, and what really makes teams perform.
Talks are always tailored to the audience – practical, honest and designed to spark useful conversations. Get in touch if you’d like to explore something for your event.
Yes – especially with leadership teams going through big changes, or organisations that want to build capacity over time. We can shape a retainer model after an initial project once we know what ongoing support will genuinely help.
