How much do your programmes cost?

It depends on the shape and scale of the work – no two teams are the same. Some clients need a single workshop, others want a 4–6 month programme with diagnostics, coaching and multiple sessions. We’ll always be clear about costs upfront and work with you to make sure it fits your priorities and budget. Let’s have a quick call to talk it through.

Do you work in-person or remotely?

Both. Some teams prefer face-to-face workshops, others need remote sessions that fit around locations or hybrid working. We design programmes that work for your team, your pace and your context.

Do you work with individuals as well as teams?

Yes. Leadership coaching is part of many of our team programmes, and we also offer standalone 1:1 coaching for senior leaders looking for more clarity, confidence or support during a big transition.

Can I book you for a one-off workshop or offsite?

Yes – especially if there’s a clear goal or moment of change. One-off sessions work best when they’re part of a broader commitment to doing the work. If you’re just looking for a fun away-day, we might not be the right fit.

What is the GC Index, and why do you use it?

It’s a practical tool that shows how people are energised to make an impact – not their personality, but how they contribute. We use it to help teams understand their mix, play to their strengths and spot what might be missing. You can read more about how we use the GC Index [here].

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, stretched, or just want space to think more clearly – it might be. Coaching works best when you’re ready to reflect honestly, be challenged, and take action. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be open to exploring what’s getting in the way, and willing to do something with what you learn. If that sounds like you, it’s probably a good fit.

How do I know which programme is right for my team?

We’ll figure that out together. Some clients know exactly what they need, others just know something’s not working. We start with a short call to get a sense of your team, your goals and where you’re stuck – and then suggest the best fit or shape something bespoke.

Do you do speaking engagements on team performance?

Yes! I speak at events, team away-days and leadership offsites on topics like team dynamics, leadership, culture, and what really makes teams perform.
